Calling Parents, Famlies, Friends & Supporters - Helpers Required for Set-Up & Pack-Up of Rover Camp

The Mallee Rover Crew & The Sunraysia District Scout Leaders are calling for help from parents, families, friends and supporters to set-up and pack-up the camp.

Set-Up:
Saturday 1st November
Meet at Rover Camp site at Tapio Station at 9am.
This will include erecting the marquee and various other tents.
BBQ lunch will be provided.

Pack-Up:
Sunday 9th November
Meet at Rover Camp site at Tapio Station at 12pm.
If you are picking up your Scout you might consider sending your Scout home with another family and staying to help pack up for a few hours.
This will include dismantling the marquee and various other tents.
If you have a vehicle capable of towing, please let us know. We have more trailers out at camp than vehicles, and we would appreciate some of them towed back to Mildura to avoid Leaders having to make multiple trips.
