Hi 5th Mildura Scout Group Families,

I hope you all had a happy and relaxing Christmas and New Year and have re-charged your batteries ready for another hectic year. We are getting very close to starting the Scouting year with Cubs, Scout and Venturers all recommencing next week (see details below).

We look forward to getting to know you all better this year, and we encourage all parents to get involved in some way. It might be helping out on a night, a sleepover, a camp, or even sharing your expertise in your chosen field. You might even enjoy it!

We are fortunate to have an very active and enthusiastic Group Committee, and I encourage all families to support the committee as this will guarantee the continuance of a healthy and vibrant Scout Group.

2013 here we come!

CUBS:
Cubs recommences for 2013 on Monday 4th February, 6:30-8pm.

SCOUTS:
Attention PL's & APL's. There is a Troop Council tomorrow night, Wednesday 30th January, 7-9pm, to plan a program for Term 1 and beyond. Could each PL & APL please check that this message gets around to all Scouts in leadership roles, tonight.

For all others, Scouts recommences for 2013 on Wednesday 6th February, 7-9pm. Remember, Scouts will run from 7-9pm this year.

VENTURERS:
Venturers recommences for 2013 on Thursday 7th February, 7:30-9:30pm.
