Venturers: Select Your Shift to Sell Drinks at the Ulysses AGM

This Thursday night we will be selling soft drinks at the Ulysses AGM at the Aero Ovals. We start at 5pm and finish at 9pm. Max has organised the coke van and a scout shelter. As Alexander has suggested on Facebook, we need to split the evening into two shifts, 5-7pm and 7-9pm. The 5pm shift will need to get there 15 minutes before 5pm to allow for setting up, similarly the 7pm shift will need to stay a little time afterwards to clean up.

Entry is via Flora Ave. Car Parking outside entry gate.

Late Shift (7-9pm): Matt, James & Brody
