Fundraiser - Christie Centre Spring Ball Cleanup (Saturday Morning September 7th)

PARENTS: WE HAVE BEEN FORWARDED THIS REQUEST. IF YOU AVAILABLE TO ASSIST PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP. MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK AND IT SEEMS A VERY "5TH MILDURA" THING TO DO :) AND AND ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED!!!!!!! Hi Caitlin, I've just had the offer of a little fund raising idea, that would perhaps take about an hour to do, depending on how many helpers we could get? The Christie Centre have a Spring Ball every year and it is next Friday night Sept 6th. What is required is a cleaning crew to clean up the following morning at the Sacred Heart Hall. There will be 160 chairs to stack and roll away, 16 tables to also fold and roll away and the hall floor to sweep. (I don't think it needs to be mopped). There may also be a few boards and props that need to be packed onto a trailer and left for Christie Centre staff to deal with. Possibly some posters to take off walls and throw out. If we can get some parents to help out, an do the cleaning, I'm happy to be there a
